Enrolling as a customer
Any user who wants to avail the services/any other benefit from our website, have enrolled them on the digital platform of Fox Service. All the service that Fox Service offers you will indulge the features in searching services for several types of bikes. There are various booking options that you can choose. It includes booking services for bikes under 150CC, bikes from 150CC to 250CC, 250CC-350CC, and above 350CC bikes.
Upon choosing the CC of the bike, you will get a chance to choose brands of various bikes. Then you can choose your model to avail the specific service/repair. Further, Fox Service reserves all the rights to modify/add any services to its digital platform at any time. Fox Service may add/remove any services that it wants. The fees/charges that we charge for each service are as per the services that we offer, and Fox Service reserves complete rights to make changes to the service’s price.
Further, all the users who are availing services from Fox Service must ensure that they have a valid book of service of their bike. The book of service lets us know about all the service pending of the bike. If you have any specific repair/service requirement for your bike, you can also let us know. Here at the Fox Service, we are trying the best possible to improve the services that we offer. So, for that, we reserve all rights on our sole discretion to make changes to services or part of it.

Terms for payment on the platform
Some services you avail from the Fox Service platform may require you to make a payment on our website. Any such payment facilitated to you will be completed utilizing the reliable third party payment gateways. On making any payment on Fox Service platform, you ensure and undertake that all the credit card, debit card, or any other third party wallet log in passwords/ pins are of your own credit card/debit card/wallet. And you also accept that you have sufficient funds to make the desired payments on our website.
Fox Service also reserves complete right to modify, change, or alter any services’ prices without offering any prior notice to any user.
Further, the overall price you see in the platform will include the service charge and the items needed to complete the service. The price exhibited on the platform also may not include any type of additional services for your bike. And for that, you may have to make extra payments.
There may be circumstances when the cash on delivery mode would not be available ate certain pin codes. In such cases, the users need to make complete payment via online payment modes. And if you find the cash on delivery payment mode available in your area, you will have to make complete payment as described on the website without any scope of bargaining.
In the cases, when you make any sort of online payment using any form, you must complete the procedure to successfully make the payments. And all your payment details that you get are not stored by Fox Service. Rather it is encrypted by the payment provider to ensure the security.
If any user on the Fox Service platform cancels any service, the refund shall be eligible only if it meets the refund criteria. But if you can cancel it on the day of service, Fox Service reserves all the right to waive the cancellation fee. In some cases, no refund will be made if the cancellation is found to be inappropriate.
Liabilities of Fox Service to users
All the services offered by Fox Service will include all the reasonable skills and care mentioned in the terms and conditions. However, if you avail the services of Fox Service as a customer, you agree that all the services offered to you subjects to the below mentioned disclaimers/limitations.
Although Fox Service may ask to use all its responsibly, still it doesn’t assure you about the accuracy, integrity, or any standard of information. This may also include details about any services/parts/repair or any other information provided. It may also include the price offered to you on the website.
And on your using of Fox Service platform, you agree with all the information in any part of this platform subjects to be indicative.

Section C of this terms of use page includes the terms and conditions that are applicable for the individuals who are enrolling as partners on the Fox Service platform.
Enrolling as a partner
If you want to get benefit from all the features of Fox Service, you will have to enrol on the platform of Fox Service. In the case of your enrollment, you will have to furnish some details that include your business name, contact details of the business, services, working hours, prices, location, and any other data needed.
Further, after furnishing all the details, you must ensure that all the data you provide is completely accurate. It should not mislead Fox Service or its users. And if you make any modifications/alteration to any of the information you provide, you need to update that information to Fox Service and communicate efficiently.
Terms of service for the dealer partners
After the registration, Fox Services will make certain services available for you. The services may include your capabilities to show your service details on our website. It may also include the capabilities to receive customer order for the service of any bike. The facilities also include acceptance of the order from the customers and offering them services.
In case any order made, the complete details about that service will be mentioned on the Fox Service digital platform. And here at Fox Service, we work continually to enhance and develop our services, so, we reserve all the rights on our sole discretion that we may make changes to any service/ any part of it without any prior notice.
The liabilities of Fox Service to service providers
Fox Service offers you any service by employing its reasonable proficiency. And all those services offered subjects to the terms and condition mention in this platform. However, if you utilize the Fox Service website as a dealer, you agree that all the services offered to you subjects to the below mentioned disclaimers/limitations.
On your use of the platform, you agree that Fox Service will enable you to enrol and list yourself based on the eligibility criteria. And that would be with the sole discretion of Fox Service. Besides, you also acknowledge and agree that all services request posted/offered to any dealer in pertinent to any customer can be limited in number. And you also agree that Fox Service doesn’t assure you that enrolling as a service provider at Fox Service will offer you a certain volume of service request every month/year. Nor Fox Service assures you that you will be getting access to a certain work volume by using the website.
Upon your platform’s use and access, you agree that all the service requests posted on the Fox Service platform are not checked. So, that implies; Fox Service offers you random service request without any discrimination. Here at Fox Service, we ask all our users to use the Fox Service platform with compete responsibility. But we also cannot assure you about the accuracy, integrity and quality of any information posted by any third party.
By using the Fox Service platform after your enrollment, you understand and agree that the clients who access your services have the opportunity to offer your feedback and ratings. Further, Fox Service also asks all its users to act responsibly. And we also encourage all our users to regularly check the feedback and ratings before availing any kind of service. And upon your enrollment to the website, you also agree that Fox Service shall not be liable for any feedback (positive/negative) posted for your service.
Further, Fox Service also shall not intervene in any complaints/dispute concerning any services/feedback. However, we reserve all the rights on our sole discretion to interfere in exceptional circumstances, if we feel that the feedback is misleading other clients as well.
Liabilities of service providers
On your access to the Fox Service Website, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Fox Service digital platform. The platform may be a mobile app, website, or SMS; you agree that you will abide by all the terms of use.
Further, you also agree that you are liable to verify and check all the service requests posted on the website meant for you. You also agree that you will have to undertake all the work of customers.
All the service providers on the Fox Service platform agree that they will be compliant to all the laws and regulations for dealing with customers. You must undertake to offer performance and quality while offering any service to the customer.
Note: Please note that you agree on your enrollment to the Fox Service platform and assure us that you cannot hold us harmless from any cost, losses/claims that may result from any data you submit. Or it may also be for any work that you have offered to the customers.
Section-D: General Terms for all the users
Password and Security
Upon your enrollment on the Fox Service platform, we would provide you with a username and credential for your account. So, we encourage you to keep all your credentials confidential. You shall not disclose it to anyone. And if you find any unauthorized use of account/ information, Fox Services and its team will not be responsible for such activity.
And if you feel that there has been a security breach such as theft, disclosure of information, or unauthorized access, you must notify it to Fox Service immediately. Further, if we conclude your account is being used without your authority and doesn’t abide by the terms of use, we reserve all the rights to terminate your account without any prior notice.
Suitable use policy
The Fox Service platform services allow all the enrolled users to create edit/submit information via our platform. It may also include creating a service provider profile, posting service details/service bookings/rating and feedbacks. Further, we at Fox Service do not constantly monitor all the information posted. But, Fox Service reserves all the rights to delete, edit, or move any information submitted on the platform.
As a Fox Service user, you agree to stay complaint with all those rules and regulations that relate to the use of Fox Service Platform. Further, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all the materials you post on the Fox Service website. And you also agree that all the information and materials you submit on the platform abide by the law and are honest. So, in the specification, you must not post materials that are:
Misleading and are fraudulent
Materials that are unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening or breaches any law
That encourages a criminal offence
Materials that infringe the copyright of any third party
The contents that may be harmful
And by posting any material on the Fox Service platform, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use your material anywhere. You also provide us with the right to copy and reproduce/translate the materials you post on our website.

But if you want to cancel your registration, you have to notify Fox Service in writing. And if you want to cancel your enrollment, you must stop using the services from Fox Service.
Intellectual property
Until and unless stated, the copyright, database right, and intellectual property right in Fox Service, including all the content, materials, and services posted belongs to Fox Service. In such cases, all rights are reserved by Fox Service.

At times, the Fox Service platform may ask you to furnish your details; and when you post any personal detail that subject to the privacy policy of Fox Service.
